Echo of the Universe, Ink Art of Liu Kuo-sung

With the Shanghai Taiwan Affairs Office, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Chinese Culture Friendship Association, The General Association of Chinese Culture, Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Shangdong Museum, Mountain Art Foundation as co-sponsors, the retrospective exhibition of Liu Kuo-sung’s art, Echo of the Universe, organized by the Chinese Art Museum will take place from 23 April to 20 May 2016 at the numbers15 and 16 exhibition halls at the Chinese Art Museum. Artworks exhibited include the most representative works of different periods in Liu’s creative process, ranging from 1949 to 2016. The complete presentation of Liu’s art from his early years to his later, mature phase will lead us to the understanding of the incessant exploration and revolution in his creative process.
